Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Packaging
We take great care in packaging all trading cards to ensure they arrive safely.

Single cards are shipped in penny sleeves and top loaders.

Multiple cards are secured in team bags or card boxes.

All orders are sent in bubble mailers or sturdy boxes, depending on order size.
High-value orders may include tracking and insurance for added protection.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.): Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days.

International Shipping: We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by location, typically between 7–21 business days.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.
